Description
• Define and execute the strategic direction of QoE and Network Management products. • Collaborate across engineering, data analytics, customer success, and business development teams. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. • Gather insights and requirements from customers to translate them into actionable features. • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring products meet technical and business objectives. • Leverage AI and analytics capabilities to enhance product performance monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in network management or AI/ML-powered solutions. • Proven success in building and shipping SD-WAN, QoE monitoring, or network optimization products. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Engineering) (preferred). • CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred). • Experience in the transportation or connectivity industry, particularly mobile fleets (preferred). • Expertise in agile product development and lifecycle management (preferred).
