Description

• Mursion provides an award-winning upskilling platform for companies to improve employees' interpersonal intelligence. • We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead vision and strategy. • The role requires a strategic, customer-obsessed, data-driven leader with AI product experience. • Responsibilities include defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and leading team efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in a leadership role in an AI-centric, enterprise SaaS business that has scaled to greater than $50 million in ARR. • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS products with a focus on customer engagement and retention. • Experience building products focused on skill development, knowledge acquisition, or behavior change. • The ideal candidate has demonstrable and impressive experience working with Large Language Models and has built products that are driven by Artificial Intelligence. • Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions. • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, particularly with Go-To-Market, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and inspire teams. • Experience leading teams in a remote or hybrid work environment. • Passion for learning, talent development, and innovative technology solutions.
