📋 Description
• Oversee operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. • Ensure that processes are compliant with cGMP, ICH, and FDA guidance. • Responsible for business unit financial objectives including revenue and operating profit management. • Provide leadership over Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Technical Operations. • Identify and implement policies to improve capabilities and efficiencies. • Manage budgeting and budget execution with focus on quality, product costs and margins. • Interact with clients in senior level negotiations. • Administer HR policy including developing performance standards and reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent broad leadership experience in Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology or a closely related discipline. • Business experience is a desired asset. • 12+ years of relevant industrial experience is required. • 5+ years of management experience leading a large manufacturing team. • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
