Description
• Provide post-sales technical and application support on Agilent's LC products • Deliver customized consulting and application support both remotely and at customer sites • Interact with customers to answer questions and provide training • Solve complex engineering services problems serving regulated environments
Requirements
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in chemistry/biochemistry or other life-science discipline • 5+ years of work experience with Agilent’s LC solutions • Expertise with Preparative LC and Single Quadrupole LC/MS • In-depth knowledge in application implementation and troubleshooting • Excellent communication skills • Ability to learn new technologies independently • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite • Available for 75% business travel
