Description

• Join the Americas Field Organization Regional Marketing Team at Agilent Technologies • Develop and execute regional marketing programs • Drive demand, enhance customer engagement, and support overall business objectives in BioPharma and Pharma segment • Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs aligned with global marketing strategies • Explore market trends and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies • Collaborate with sales and product management teams for alignment and integration of marketing efforts • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns • Manage regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI • Monitor and report on marketing program effectiveness and refine strategies • Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and industry influencers

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or Biological Sciences or equivalent degree • 8+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing or business development role • Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand for new and existing products targeting scientists/labs in targeted markets • Demonstrated results orientation • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Effective project management and organizational skills • Shown ability to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audience
