• Lead an experienced team of Account Managers across France • Responsible for selling a service portfolio in life sciences and chemical analysis markets • Drive growth, business retention, and team development • Maintain sales coverage and optimize team performance • Partner with service delivery management and peers for customer solutions • Collaborate with marketing for market awareness • Own sales forecasting and achieve annual business growth rates • Facilitate employee engagement and development plans

Requirements

• University Degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharma) or in a Business related field • Significant leadership experience, managing a field sales team with a demonstrable strong track record of success • Experience in the Life Science and/or Chemical Analysis Industry, managing complex and long sales cycle • Strong business and channel management skills • Service sales experience would be a strong advantage • Full proficiency in both English and French.
