📋 Description

• TL;DR: Agora.xyz is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) based in the Philippines to provide high-level support to our leadership team. • The Executive Assistant will be the right hand to our leadership team, ensuring they can focus on high-impact work. This role combines calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, research, and operational support to keep our executives effective and efficient. • Agora is reimagining governance for DAOs, helping the world’s leading decentralized organizations like Optimism, ENS, and Uniswap run smoothly and make impactful decisions at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 2- 3 years Experience in a similar role – preferably as an EA or remote assistant • Strong organizational skills – capable of managing multiple executives' calendars, inboxes, and travel • Proactive problem-solver – anticipates needs and addresses issues before they happen • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, ensuring clear and professional interactions • Empathy & relationship-building – understands the needs of the team, fostering strong relationships and anticipating challenges • Comfortable with ambiguity – capable of making informed decisions with limited information while proactively seeking clarity when needed • Can work EST or PST shifts - Your shift will be determined based on the executive you work most closely with. It will either be 9am-5pm Pacific or 9am-5pm Eastern. (You won’t be working 2 shifts, either EST or PST only)
