β€’ Providing personalized and professional service to participants responses to telephone inquiries. β€’ Fielding incoming customer telephone calls and written inquiries. β€’ Providing information regarding pension benefit election options. β€’ Processing participant's change requests. β€’ Assisting customers by identifying the nature of their problem and taking appropriate action. β€’ Resolving customer inquiries in various ways. β€’ Researching deceased annuitants and processing death claims. β€’ Completing system updates for tracking inquiries.

Requirements

β€’ College Degree preferred. β€’ 2+ years experience in insurance services. β€’ Strong customer orientation. β€’ Attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills. β€’ Good problem solving and analytical skills. β€’ Conflict resolution skills. β€’ Ability to multitask. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills. β€’ Balance phone and written transactions. β€’ Proficient in MS Office products.
