Description

• The Marketing Operations Specialist role is best suited for individuals with email marketing experience. • Responsible for lead management, CRM updates, reporting, website updates, and email marketing. • A completely remote role for candidates located in the United States or Canada. • Conduct regular audits of the database to ensure data cleanliness. • Implement end-to-end digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website updates. • Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. • Participate, along with the Marketing Team, in new marketing activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field experience. • A minimum of two years of marketing experience. • A minimum of two years of experience using HubSpot. • Multi-channel Digital Marketing campaign design. • Knowledge of website best practices and familiarity with WordPress or comparable CMS. • A desire to learn new technology. • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Web page production experience required (HTML, CSS, WordPress, CMS). • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy. • Strong communication skills. • Attention to detail is a must. • Must be well-organized and self-motivated. • Good analytical skills. • Proficiency to learn new tools.
