Description

• We're transforming the world of freight • Dray Alliance is hiring an Operations Analyst to support the Operations and Pricing functions. • This is a fully remote role that will provide a wide array of responsibilities with access to experienced mentors. • The ideal candidate will have a background in operational or financial analysis and be able to create clear insights from complex problems and datasets. • This role will be part of a small and agile team that will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organization. • Responsibilities include strategic analysis and supporting pricing.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications • 2 years experience in operational analysis or data analysis roles • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Proficiency with SQL or other programming language • A natural curiosity that inspires you to ask great questions • A self-starter who can be flexible and take on whatever task is necessary • Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in a program that emphasizes applied mathematics such as: Finance, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, etc. • Experience in logistics, transportation, or other high volume businesses • Experience in creating dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
