📋 Description
• Manage user identities and permissions through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, primarily Microsoft Intune. • Collaborate with the Security Engineering team for threat detection and incident response. • Create operational guides and documentation for consistent IT processes. • Provide technical support for employees, especially for MacOS devices. • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or IT support roles with a strong focus on device management and user support. • Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for managing user identities, SSO integration, and access control policies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions for enforcing device compliance and managing macOS and mobile devices. • Knowledge of IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, secure configurations, and device lifecycle management. • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues across MacOS, and cloud-based tools. • Proactive and self-driven, with a structured approach to solving IT issues and improving processes. • Effectively communicate with clarity and empathy, tailoring your message to suit different audiences to ensure understanding and engagement.
