• At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in software, retail or AI technology • Degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field • Ability to recognize business potential and turn it into successful partnerships • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness • High degree of initiative and independence • Business fluent in German and English
