📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the cannabis and lifestyle brand sectors. • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and account growth. • Clearly communicate the value of our advertising solutions through storytelling, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of client goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions and ensure client success. • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce). • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance considerations, and competitive dynamics in cannabis advertising. • Act as a trusted advisor and long-term partner to clients, driving ongoing engagement and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development, ideally within the cannabis industry or a similarly regulated space. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through both inbound and outbound strategies. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and accountability. • Bonus: Existing relationships with cannabis or lifestyle brands.
