• Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary! • Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. • The Sales Team is dedicated to driving sales with both existing and new customers in the offline retail channel. • You will engage with both strategic and operational aspects of our business. • Focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with key customers and supporting the acquisition of new accounts. • Take full ownership of the performance of key accounts within the DACH market. • Develop and implement tailored customer strategies that encompass portfolio, pricing, & category mgmt. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. • Partner closely with internal teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals. • Assist in acquiring new key accounts and play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our offline retail channel. • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities to optimize processes. • Work alongside a high-performing team, sharing best practices, and striving for collective success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational training • Proven track record in Key Account Management/Sales, with extensive experience managing large, complex accounts in the FMCG/CPG sector. • Strong understanding of the DACH offline retail market and trade structures, particularly within a focus on grocers and drugstores. • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, acting as a key internal and external liaison with a results-driven approach. • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience collaborating across departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance. • Strong analytical and presentation skills; comfortable with numbers/data and adept at using analytics and presentation tools. • Business fluent in both German and English, written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus. • Possess a valid driver's license (B) and openness to occasional travel.
