In this role, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first Data leaders to join Airalo, hence defining our vision & team structure moving forward. The ideal candidate should have similar experiences implementing rapid growth structures from scratch & possess a strong passion for Tech, Travel & Telecommunications. As a Data Director you will be responsible for ensuring that we have data at the heart of everything we do. You will create, build, maintain and implement the team’s strategy, vision, roadmap initiatives and projects. You will oversee a team of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. You will be collaborating with various business functions such as Growth, Product, Finance, and Networks.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in product analytics with leadership experience managing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions Expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and product performance monitoring Strong technical knowledge of data integrations, ETL, data warehouse & data modeling Understanding of data governance best practices and experience in developing structured reporting and documentation Proficiency in SQL and Python
