• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, growth and partnerships department hiring needs, and talent requirements • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier sales talent • Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates • Drive a seamless and positive candidate experience • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate interview processes • Negotiate and extend offers to top candidates • Track and analyze recruitment metrics • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition • Deep understanding of sales/partnerships roles and responsibilities • Strong sourcing and networking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
