Description

• Lead a team of talented engineers to build frameworks that mitigate risks. • Manage the team’s roadmap and drive execution of projects. • Foster an inclusive team culture and environment. • Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders across various functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, with 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience in a fast paced tech environment. • Past hands-on experience with native iOS/Android, and/or frontend Web UI development • Experience integrating with GraphQL and REST APIs • Shipped several large scale projects with multiple dependencies across teams and multiple cross-functional partners • Track record of effective change management and cross-functional stakeholder influence. • Proven experience leading consumer product and/or platform engineering teams. • Experience with effectively creating alignments with multiple teams and operating well in ambiguity • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering organization • Retained, mentored and hired senior engineers and leaders with a track record of building productive, world-class engineering teams. • Experience in backend engineering is a plus. • Experience with the Trust and Safety domain is a plus.
