Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our insurance teams • You will support a group of high performing product engineers at Alma • Define features, services, and architecture for the revenue cycle at Alma • Grow and develop an incredible team of engineers • Set team priorities that align with Alma’s goals • Partner with product managers and designers to deliver value • Contribute to the wider technical expectations of the organization • Engage in the end-to-end recruiting process and on-board engineering talent • Collaborate on long-term technical vision and product strategy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering experience, with 2-4 years of people management experience • Previously led and/or managed a team of at least 4 engineers • Clearly communicate expectations, provide regular feedback, and coach team members • Mentor individual contributors of different seniority levels • Clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships • Demonstrable history of shipping user-facing products • Passion for Alma's mission – to improve the experience of therapy
