Description

• Actively seek new sales opportunities • Develop new business and oversee a portfolio of assigned customers • Manage proposal response process, follow-ups, including sales pitch content creation and improvement • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts • Maintain customer success and relationships during the contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and carry out tasks to achieve strategic goals

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 or more years of radiology equipment and/or software/IT sales experience • Able to build a strong network with KOL’s and end users • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintain sharp attention to detail • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (word, excel and PPT)
