• Gridsight is a rapidly growing Grid/CleanTech startup accelerating global electrification and decarbonisation. • As our Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Operations Lead, you'll drive business growth and maximise revenue across our global business. • Apply your commercial & legal expertise to create value through strategic commercial partnerships, supporting GTM acceleration. • Manage existing partnerships, scale new partnerships, enhance product capabilities. • Own and manage sales and revenue operations processes including Deal Desk formation and management. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partnerships. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; provide legal advice around data protection laws. • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third parties.
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or J.D. in Law. • 4 - 8+ years of professional experience across commercial management, operations, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or software industry; experience in SaaS (Software as a Service), enterprise software, or pre-Series C tech startups preferred. • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals, managing contracts, and establishing partnerships. • Proven ability in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L. • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing strategic projects across multiple departments with varying timelines; you’re also proficient in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on progress-to-goal and impact. • Self-starter mentality; you’re able to independently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively with minimal oversight.
