• The Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and detecting cyber events and incidents across information systems and networks under general supervision. • This role involves assisting with the integration of dynamic cyber defense strategies, coordinating and maintaining security tools and practices, and supporting an organization’s continuous monitoring and ongoing authorization programs. • The Cybersecurity Engineer will contribute to establishing a framework for quantifying cyber risk in the marketplace, enabling better measurement and mitigation of cyber threats.
• 12 years' experience with Master's degree; will consider 14 years' experience with Bachelor's degree or 18 years' experience with no degree • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools for monitoring and detecting cyber events. • Experience in initiating, supervising, and/or developing project requirements from inception to conclusion for complex or extremely complex programs. • Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to project teams and organizational staff. • Knowledge of continuous monitoring, dynamic cyber defense, and risk management frameworks. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
