Description

• The Security Governance Lead Consultant develops and evaluates compliance with programs, processes, and procedures to mitigate cybersecurity risk and ensure protection of company information and assets. • This role requires researching and developing interpretations of industry and government regulations, standards, and contract requirements for application to assigned area of operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of security, technology audit, and/or technology compliance experience • Preferred hands-on experience and sound knowledge of NYDFS Part 500, NAIC Insurance Data Security Model Law, PCI-DSS 4.0, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800.53, and/or COBIT • Attention to detail • Effective communication skills with resources of all levels (analyst to executive) • Demonstrate assertiveness in your expertise and be comfortable making recommendations in a professional manner • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects at once • 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred) • CISA, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
