Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of project delivery, including cost, schedule, and performance management, across various business units. • Continuously apply project management tools and methodologies to deliver value, ensuring alignment with cost, budget, and schedule requirements. • Evaluate and address the large-scale organizational impact of projects, identifying interdependencies and using system thinking to inform decision-making. • Lead the development and refinement of project requirements from inception through completion, ensuring that complex and extremely complex programs are successfully executed. • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to project and program teams to enhance project performance. • Track project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in a related field. • Minimum of 12 years of experience managing complex projects, with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance management. • Will consider bachelor's degree with 14 years' experience or 18 years' experience with no degree. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. • Strong expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with significant organizational impacts. • Proficiency in leveraging system thinking to assess and address project interdependencies and organizational needs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear technical guidance to teams. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
