• Leads and oversees a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts responsible for managing and developing key healthcare quality technology products. • This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and day-to-day management of multiple healthcare technology applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, HEDIS requirements, and user needs. • Manages project and program managers in all phases of the project life cycle. • Ensures products meet HEDIS requirements and other healthcare quality standards while driving innovation in the field. • Performs resource planning. • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience. • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred • SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred • Experience with HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Sets) • Experience Managing healthcare quality technology products • Experience with Root Cause Analysis; Stakeholder Management; Vendor Relationship Management • Experience with Microsoft Office • Experience with Agile Management; Project Management • Ability to lead/manage others • Collaboration and team building skills • Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback • Instills commitment to organizational goals • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management • Effective conflict management skills • Develops and delivers effective presentations • Demonstrated negotiation skills
