Description

• Be part of a global team and complex business transformation program, leading all aspects of testing activities across business • Manage testing preparation and execution of testing cycles and activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and performance testing • Collaborate with Live Nation employees and system implementation partner • Responsible for working with Global Process Owners to identify testing scope • Monitor and report daily/weekly testing progress to ensure teams are on track • Facilitate testing kick-off and exit meetings for each testing cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required • 5+ years of experience in large-scale financial process and/or ERP-driven systems transformation with the same/similar role • Experience with managing testing cycles within a financial systems transformation including identification of test scope, execution of test scenarios, reporting of test status and test conflict resolution • Preferred experience with Jira, Oracle (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud) or another ERP package, OneStream and Apex Analytics • Preferred experience working within a Big 4 or Strategy Consulting environment with similar scope • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to engage and lead a highly diverse set of stakeholders
