Description
• Develop, implement, and administer global total rewards strategies. • Focus on global benefits and pension. • Support global compensation and recognition programs. • Collaborate with HR Technology & Analytics team and finance leaders for alignment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree or certification preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, specifically in pension and benefits management. • Strong knowledge of US and global benefits and pension best practices and regulations. • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and present findings. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across cultures. • Proficiency with Workday.
