Description

β€’ As a Strategic Program Manager for our relationship with Epic, you will be an essential part of the Strategic Partnerships team. β€’ Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day partnership development activities, keep detailed project plans, and ensure internal alignment and clarity on partner-facing deliverables. β€’ You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to provide ownership and guidance while ensuring we are delivering on our commitments and deadlines in a timely and high-quality manner. β€’ Partner with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to triage incoming requests while building and maintaining strong relationships with key partner contacts at Epic. β€’ Conduct regular check-ins with internal and Epic stakeholders to understand progress towards goals, address questions or issues, and understand their strategic objectives. β€’ Support status calls while establishing an agenda beforehand, identifying key action items. β€’ Become a super-user of our internal business intelligence tools to identify areas for greater clarity or insights to drive efficient decision making.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in project or program management, management consulting, or strategic operations, preferably at or with Epic. β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport. β€’ Proven ability to influence without direct authority β€’ Technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for complex software solutions. β€’ Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach to account management. β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple Epic work streams simultaneously. β€’ Nice to haves: Experience as a Management Consultant, Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, Current or prior experience in Healthcare.
