β€’ Snap Finance is seeking an experienced and qualified compliance professional to fill the role of Compliance Program Manager to assist with the build and execution of the Compliance Management System (CMS); β€’ Specifically within the areas of Issue Management, Regulatory Exams, and Legal Regulatory Change Management. β€’ Assist in oversight of compliance activities related to Snap products β€’ Assist with compliance issue management while working closely with business partners to ensure remediation efforts are timely and efficiently resolved β€’ Assist with compliance audits and regulatory examinations and spearhead corrective actions and remediation efforts β€’ Participate and assist in discussions with leaders on compliance matters, including strategic priorities, regulatory change management, compliance monitoring and testing, training, issues management, consumer complaints, and third-party risk β€’ Develop and present analysis and reporting to management on the status of the CMS and any material regulatory developments or risks

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3-5 years in regulatory compliance, or relevant legal field, with experience in banking and/or consumer finance compliance. β€’ Experience developing and/or executing a Compliance Management System (CMS) including complaints, monitoring and testing, training, exam management and issue management β€’ General knowledge of federal consumer protection laws and regulations to include but not limited to ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA, ESIGN, SCRA/MLA, GLBA, UDAAP, and Fair Lending β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills. β€’ Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. β€’ Adaptable and able to work in a changing environment. β€’ Nice to have Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred β€’ Experience in fintech bank partnership model preferred β€’ General knowledge of consumer lending and/or payment operations.
