Description

•Responsible for delivery, clinical quality, and performance of clinical programs •Partner with solutions consulting team during the sales process •Partner with Product Design to develop program messaging and content •Serve as clinical SME during program design and implementation •Drive client change management through trainings and site visits •Track and drive program optimization

Requirements

•A medical degree, such as RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, RD •Some experience delivering patient care, ideally in a large hospital or health system setting •Experience partnering with a high functioning product/engineering team to design solutions using technology •Creative problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity and rapid decision-making •Excellent communication skills, geared toward professional medical and corporate environments •Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy and accountability •Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
