Description
• Relationship One's Program Manager will lead marketing automation consulting services for enterprise customers. • Manage projects to ensure timely and budgeted delivery, ensuring quality and satisfaction. • Provide project management leadership and mentor team members.
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of program management experience with consulting services projects • Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience managing enterprise marketing automation platform projects (e.g, Oracle Eloqua/Responsys, Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze) • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex consulting services projects • Excellent mix of business, technical, and process knowledge • Proficiency with marketing, marketing automation, salesforce automation solutions including design, configuration, and implementation • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills • Mentoring and people development capabilities • Demonstrated expertise with project management and quality assurance best practices • Creative and logical problem-solving abilities • Exceptional client services and support skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Advanced listening skills and written and verbal communications • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative • Oracle Marketing Cloud certification(s) a plus • PMP or other project management certification (or equivalent experience) • Business Analyst experience/certifications a plus • Must be eligible to work in the United States
