Description
• Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by leading the dental, vision and hearing Medicare Product development through strategy development • Identify and deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives • Develop and lead strategies for Medicare Supplemental benefits including dental, vision and hearing • Support Medicare Advantage bid development to determine product and benefit changes in response to CMS requirements and market positioning • Lead potential vendor research evaluation and implementation • Perform detailed analysis and provide tailored benefit recommendations • Manage multiple benefits through full product development life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of documents and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating execution, deployment and closure • Maintain detailed benefit design documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans • Provide leadership and effectively communicate status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations • Negotiate with stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience • Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience • Medicare Supplement Benefits (Dental, Vision, Hearing) experience strongly preferred • 5+ years of product development strongly preferred • CMS filing experience strongly preferred
