• The Partner Program Manager/Sr. Manager serves as the face of Higher Logic for all referral partners. • Primary responsibility is to drive referral partner revenue by building a partner network. • Enable and incent partners to support the company’s Go-to-Market strategy. • Identify, solicit, and secure new referral partners to expand the company’s partner ecosystem. • Drive referral partner revenue by developing and executing strategic plans that align with company goals. • Develop and manage processes to forecast partner deals accurately. • Design and implement robust enablement programs to equip partners. • Create and manage incentive programs to motivate partners. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners. • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met. • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures. • All other duties as assigned.
• Experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry. • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner programs. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects throughout an organization. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to wear many hats to accomplish goals. • Ability to develop broader strategic plans while also being hands-on with the details.
