Description

• Oversee and manage the contractor team responsible for modernization activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Lead the development and execution of integrated project schedules using Microsoft Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and drive product development. • Lead and integrate teams to execute on large-scale data programs, including building data pipelines, repositories, and interactive reports or dashboards. • Provide expertise and guidance in data architecture, modeling, and technical consulting. • Manage project risks, issues, and scope while ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Ensure Agile practices are followed and iteratively deliver data products through continuous collaboration with teams. • Drive change management processes, communicating project updates and initiatives to stakeholders and ensuring team alignment. • Lead and direct cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a data-focused environment. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Proven experience in large-scale data program planning and execution. • Expertise in developing data pipelines, repositories, and interactive reports or dashboards. • Experience with integrated project schedules using Microsoft Azure DevOps. • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile project environments. • Demonstrated experience in data architecture, modeling, and consulting on technical requirements. • Experience with change management on high-profile initiatives. • Ability to lead and integrate cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
