• Do you love managing and overseeing marketing projects such as funnels, ad campaigns and creative development? • Do you enjoy improving project management systems and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time or and budget? • The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team! • The salary for this role is $60,000- $65,000 annually. • Manage and oversee marketing projects including funnels, ad campaigns, and creative development. • Develop and overhaul current project management systems and processes. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report on key deliverables. • Facilitate communication between team members and ensure everyone is aligned with project goals. • Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans to stay on track. • Ensure marketing projects adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. • Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for various marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing environment. • Proven experience managing a variety of marketing projects, such as funnel creation, ad campaigns, and creative content development. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive results while fostering a positive work environment. • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. • MUST be a self-starter, someone who is able to take initiative with minimal direction and check-ins. We need someone to fully OWN this role. • MUST be a team player with a who has excellent verbal communication skills – this role will be working with multiple different people and potentially departments.
