Description

• Design, plan, and model data platform solutions on Azure. • Architecting and Designing: Lead design and architecture of data solutions using Azure Databricks, Collibra, and other Azure services. • Data Modelling: Develop and implement data models that support business intelligence tools. • Data Pipeline Creation: Utilize cloud-based tools to create data pipelines. • Programming: Use SQL, Python, and R to analyze data. • Databricks Workflow Deployment: Manage Databricks notebooks and workflows. • Agile Collaboration: Work in Agile environment with cross-functional teams. • Performance Optimization: Optimize data pipeline performance. • Power BI Development: Develop and maintain Power BI data models.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in developing cloud-based data solutions, with a strong emphasis on Azure. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional Certification (Required at Call proposal). • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certifications (Preferred at Call proposal). • Extensive experience in architecting data solutions using microservices principles with Databricks on Azure and Collibra. • Proficient in using SQL, Python, and R for data transformation and analysis. • Deep understanding of Databricks workflows and deployment processes. • Expertise in data modelling for business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Cognos, and Tableau. • Proven track record in optimizing data pipeline performance. • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
