Description

• As a Technical Delivery Manager at Aiven, you will manage technical delivery via partners. • Guide partners through onboarding and provide training on products and services. • Assist partners in generating business to drive growth. • Oversee successful project delivery and coordination with internal teams. • Provide technical support and maintain documentation for partner integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical delivery or partner-facing role. • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data infrastructure, and API integrations. • Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. • Proven experience in managing technical projects with successful delivery. • Ability to understand customers’ technical requirements and propose solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passion for working with partners and their success. • Bonus: Experience with Aiven's products, Agile, or high-growth environments.
