Founded in 2020, we now work with 100+ of the largest CPA firms in the world. • Our “Job to be done”: speed up cash flow, save Partner time, & deliver best-in-class client experiences. • We do this by automating day-to-day firm operations with our Practice Automation solutions. • Aiwyn is led by serial entrepreneurs with multiple exits and funded by a Top 10 fintech VC. • This role: We are seeking a technically skilled and analytically minded Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. • In this hybrid finance and accounting role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and financial systems to enhance data automation, streamline reporting processes, and drive efficiency within our finance and accounting operations. • This position is critical in supporting both our day-to-day accounting functions and long-term financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, providing robust data insights and process improvements that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with a strong technical focus. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel (VBA and macros preferred). • Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful) is a plus. • Proven ability to build automated solutions and streamline complex financial processes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. • Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau). • Experience in a SaaS environment or other high-growth, tech-driven industry. • Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
