Description
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements. • Develops comprehensive system design specifications based on gathered requirements. • Performs data analysis to support business decisions. • Creates detailed documentation for the development team. • Manages business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Performs system audits and assesses performance using advanced analytics. • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides recommendations for adoption. • Leads the development of comprehensive disaster recovery plans. • Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for end-users.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, IT Infrastructure or a related field. • Bachelor's degree required; Information Technology, Computer Science and Software Engineering preferred. • Prescribed: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA).
