• Eigenverantwortliche Erstgespräche mit potenziellen Teilnehmer:innen (hohes Volumen, B2C). • Erstellung individueller Angebote und Begleitung der Leads bis zum Abschluss. • Optimierung von Sales-Prozessen gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung. • Aufbau eines Sales-Teams sowie eines neuen B2B-Sales-Streams inklusive Onboarding-Prozessen.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales-Erfahrung: Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb (B2B oder B2C) und bist Profi in Kundengesprächen. • Digitale Prozesse: Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie HubSpot, Superchat oder ähnlichen CRM- und Kommunikationssystemen. • Beziehungsaufbau: Du verstehst es, schnell Vertrauen aufzubauen und eine persönliche Verbindung zu potenziellen Kunden herzustellen. • Ambition und Ownership: Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, eigene Ideen einbringen und etwas von Grund auf mitgestalten. • Strukturiertes Arbeiten: Du bist organisiert, effizient und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick. • Interesse an B2B: Langfristig siehst du dich auch im Aufbau eines B2B-Geschäftsbereichs.
