Description

β€’ Akuity is looking for a technical sales hunter with proven SaaS sales success β€’ Responsible for building a pipeline composed of net new deals, as well as expansion on the current customer base. β€’ Generate new business opportunities from multichannel outbound campaigns β€’ Develop a territory plan: target accounts, and pipeline generation strategies. β€’ Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities β€’ Attend events, and customer meetings (conferences, roadshows, etc.) Average once every other month. β€’ Develop customer relationships to promote new logos and retention β€’ Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using HubSpot β€’ Leverage sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to qualify and forecast opportunities β€’ Map technical needs to business needs to convey ROI β€’ Be a customer advocate and liaison with Akuity’s engineering team for feature requests

Requirements

β€’ Technical background, or technical orientation, necessary for selling B2B SaaS solutions β€’ Consistently overachieves targets β€’ Effective communicator, fostering collaboration between teams β€’ A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales position. β€’ Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment β€’ Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills β€’ GTM experience; educating customers on best practices, product features, new releases, and upgrades. β€’ Preferred knowledge of Argo CD, open source enterprise sales and selling from from the bottom up
