📋 Description

• Managing and developing key customer relationships • Driving sales growth • Ensuring optimal product position within retail and food service • Achieving volume, value & profit targets • Collaborating with Marketing and Category for product planning • Supporting and facilitating SNAM and NAMs • Developing relationships with Key accounts • Improving Customer Engagement YOY • Driving improvements in AGS survey results • Delivering shopper marketing execution to 4P standards • Collaborating across functions like R&D, Technical & Operations • Inputting into UK Customer Business Planning & Spend

🎯 Requirements

• Understands customer needs and links the benefits of the company’s proposal to meet those needs • Identifies and qualifies the variables and possibilities for the negotiation • Adopts a learning approach to development • Has a basic operational understanding of customer, channel and market • Demonstrates a good understanding of the key POP initiatives that affect Valeo presence with the customer / consumer • Delivery of forecasting accuracy within agreed MADB and financial commitment • Top line growth ahead of market, as measured by MS% • Execution of distribution and display objectives consistent with budget and annual plan
