📋 Description
• We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join Alan’s team in Spain. • The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst HRDs. • Generate business opportunities through targeted field initiatives. • Build and maintain HR network relationships • Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Spanish HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships.

• Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing, or HR marketing. • Strong ability to plan, execute, and measure event impact and ROI. • Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-levels and HR audiences. • Ability to create and execute localized marketing campaigns. • Strong communication and content creation skills (copywriting and visual design). • Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. • Ability to prioritize. • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment. • Strong ownership and accountability in delivering results. • Adaptability and resilience in ambiguous situations. • Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams. • Fully fluent in Spanish. • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
