• Responsible for driving sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts. • Develop customer development strategy, Joint Business Planning and align on account objectives. • Establish long-term relationships with key customers and understand their needs. • Lead the alignment of a cross-functional Customer Partnership Team. • Prepare and negotiate contracts while guiding initiatives. • Proactively identify competitive activities and develop initiatives for differentiation. • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and professional affairs stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial roles (key account management, sales, trade marketing). • Understanding of the UK Optical market an advantage. • Proven ability to deliver strong Joint Business Plans leading to sales and market share growth. • Ability to use persuasion/influencing tactics to achieve business objectives. • Proven experience of delivering added value campaigns with demonstrable ROI. • Experience of cross-functional working. • Proven experience in developing and establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent standards of customer service. • University degree qualification or equivalent in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field – desired. • Fluency in English (verbal and written). • Any other European language would be an asset.
