• Bachelor’s degree in Value-based care, Analytics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Health Admin or a related degree • 5+ years combined experience in any of the following: data analytics, marketing operations, reporting, value-based care • Direct, relevant work experience in Payer Contract/ Product Marketing reporting and analytics strongly preferred • Strong analytics and database skills • Excellent skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel • Experience working with healthcare payers • Experience reporting and extracting data from Salesforce.com • Experience in pulling data from a data warehouse like Snowflake • Experience using Monday.com • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate well with other stakeholders • Advanced communication and writing skills; ability to leverage data to tell stories • Self starter and deference to action; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with, at times, minimal direct supervision
