Description

• Join our team as a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations, leading strategies for 15 auto dealerships. • Drive traffic and foster customer loyalty, serving as the liaison between dealership leadership and marketing team. • Develop and lead traffic generation and in-store management ROI meetings. • Partner with General Managers to execute annual marketing plans. • Work closely with the Lithia Marketing team and external agencies. • Use marketing ROI tools to measure strategies and identify growth opportunities. • Monitor customer, industry, franchise, and competitive trends for marketing recommendations. • Educate store managers on effective marketing strategies with regular dealership visits.

Requirements

• Proven customer service, leadership, and communication skills • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Passion for multi-disciplinary marketing strategies • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent experience required
