• Design, implement, and refine processes to ensure seamless onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management of partners. • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows across systems and teams to enhance partner and internal efficiencies. • Establish and standardize a process for evaluating partner integration opportunities, collaborating closely with the engineering and product integration teams to develop and prioritize a strategic roadmap. • Optimize and oversee the legal and financial frameworks used to monitor and assess the health and performance of the partnership ecosystem, including tracking revenue and producing a monthly profit and loss (P&L) report to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Analyze partnership data to uncover trends, forecast opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. • Develop dashboards and reporting structures to track KPIs, partner contributions, and operational bottlenecks. • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for PRM and CRM platforms, ensuring they are effectively leveraged to meet partner goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, implement, and maintain tools that support partner operations. • Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline partner operations, including automating routine tasks, analyzing partner performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to align processes and drive shared outcomes. • Support the Partner Success Representatives in the development and execution of co-branded campaigns, partner enablement initiatives, and Quarterly Business Reviews. • Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to enhance systems, resources, and processes. • Contribute to the evolution of partner programs to maximize engagement and operational scalability.
• 4+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. • Proven ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes. • Proficiency with CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and PRM (e.g., Allbound, PartnerStack, Euler) tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to inform decisions. • Exceptional project management skills with experience in process mapping and workflow optimization. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
