Description

• We are seeking a motivated individual to help enhance and evolve our design and insights operations within our User Experience (UX) organization. • Our Design Operations Specialist is integral to the efficiency and success of the UX Team within our organization. • You'll work with our DesignOps Manager and collaborate with our Design and Insights teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to implement workflows, manage projects, and develop processes that enable the team to excel in their work. • This role is pivotal in elevating our UX team’s efficiency and strategic value. • If you're passionate about optimizing design and research processes and eager to take on a role with significant responsibility and growth potential, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• 5-7 years in a Design Organization • Organized, with project management skills • Understanding of the Design and Research Processes for Digital Products • Good Communicator • UX Writing experience (preferred but not required) • Agile experience (preferred but not required) • Digital product experience (preferred but not required)
