Description

• The Operations Manager at RSI Security oversees day-to-day operations and drives efficiency across the organization. • The ideal candidate will manage operational processes, support HR and finance, and oversee vendor management. • The role requires experience in cross-functional teams and project management, ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in operations management in B2B, preferably within cybersecurity or a similar industry. • Knowledge and experience with EOS framework required • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects. • Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or similar is a plus. • Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization • Excellent project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus. • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Mavenlink). • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
