• The Senior Analyst, Practice Engagement is responsible for advancing key business objectives within the Practice Engagement Team. • This position is responsible for managing timelines, developing presentations, and producing deliverables to enhance stakeholder engagement. • The role involves supporting strategic projects aligned with the priorities of the VP of Practice Engagement, providing vital project management expertise. • Familiarity with value-based care principles and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential. • This position requires an organized and proactive problem-solver who excels in planning and process improvement. • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to pivot seamlessly when priorities shift are critical. • Strong project management skills are necessary to support project leaders and facilitate effective handoffs for execution. • We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree required. • Proficient using Google Office Suite • 2-3 years of experience preferred • Prefer candidates with healthcare program and project management backgrounds • Experience with value based care or accountable care organizations preferred • Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Tableau or other data tools preferred • Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform tasks on a computer • Willingness to travel as needed to Aledade’s headquarters or retreat locations. (Est. 2-4 trips/year)
