Description

• Supports Wealth relationship team in delivering advanced planning advice to UHNW clients • Drives enhancement of planning group expertise and service • Assists wealth team on complex financial, tax, legacy, and estate planning matters • Must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Engages with team and clients to assess complex UHNW client needs • Maintains efficient, effective, prioritized workload and workflow • Helps drive new revenue and delivers superior client service • Keeps current on advanced estate, tax and planning trends • Participates in activities to empower team and organization • Acts as a leader in developing teammates across segments

Requirements

• Eight years of client advisory experience with high or ultra-high net worth families • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a relevant advanced knowledge course of study • Proven superior technical knowledge of financial planning in high and ultra-high net worth segments • Track record of driving new wealth management related revenue • Team-player with ability to work independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent technical skills including Excel, Power Point, and financial planning software • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience with group facilitation and public speaking • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
